Welcome to LeakifyHub. The website https://leakifyhub.fun/ and any related applications, APIs, or channels (the “Service”) are operated by (“AUVORA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered office at.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and AUVORA. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced below (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description
LeakifyHub provides tools to generate AI-based photos and videos from user prompts and uploads, including optional features such as image-to-image, image-to-video, and faceswap-style workflows. Users may purchase credits or subscriptions to access paid features. Outputs are synthetic or AI-assisted; they may be imperfect or unexpected. The Service is for lawful adult use only.

“User Content” means prompts, uploads, and other materials you submit. You retain ownership of your User Content subject to the license below.

You grant AUVORA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works (including AI outputs) solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service for you, and to enforce our policies.
Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, we do not use your User Content to train third-party models without appropriate legal basis and notice where required.

You must not upload or generate content that:
NSFW content may be permitted only where lawful and compliant with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your outputs and how you share them.

The Service, including software, models, branding, and documentation, is owned by AUVORA or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred. “LeakifyHub” and related marks are trademarks; do not use them without prior written consent except fair nominative use.
7. Fees, credits, and payment
7.1 Refunds
Generally, we do not refund purchased credits or completed purchases except where mandatory consumer rights apply in your jurisdiction.
EU/EEA consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for certain distance contracts; digital content may be exempt once delivery begins with consent — see checkout disclosures where applicable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUVORA AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY EUROS (€50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW (INCLUDING GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence that cannot be waived, the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service. You may also have rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction where EU/EEA consumer rules apply.
