The Services are operated from the Republic of Cyprus. This notice is designed to meet common expectations under the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR, and similar laws, where applicable.

Payment card data is processed by our payment service providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers where avoided by design.
Content and generation data
User Content (e.g., uploaded images) and AI-Generated Content (e.g., photos and videos) created through the Service, associated metadata (such as timestamps and style selections), and technical logs relating to generation jobs.
Automatically collected data
IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device identifiers, language settings, cookies and similar technologies, usage events, diagnostics, and security logs.
Derived data
Aggregated or de-identified analytics, fraud scores, and internal metrics derived from your use of the Services.
