DMCA & Copyright Policy

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (including URLs or account identifiers);
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Response and repeat infringers

We aim to process valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material. We may notify the affected user and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that complies with applicable law. Include at least:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your address is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
