Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on LeakifyHub infringes your copyright, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information in writing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address

Response Time

We will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

LeakifyHub reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
